Saving my Skin from the Dry winter months

My skin is so dry. I normally get super dry in the winter time anyway, but this year it's been out of control. My elbows are cracking. I am getting dry itchy red spots.

I have found 3 products that have been saving my sanity.

I find that if I use a scrub every time I take a shower that it helps with dry and flaky skin. If you are not super dry like me you probably don't need to exfoliate every day. I love this Soap and Glory Flake Away scrub. I love any of the Soap and Glory scrubs. They smell good and work well.

This is the star of the show. I hate putting on lotion and then putting my clothes on. I hate the sticky feeling that you get from applying lotion. I really need to be moisturizing my body every day. So my little problem is not a good one to have. Until now... This Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer is a lifesaver for people like me. You use this while your body is wet and then you just pat dry and you are so moisturized but you don't feel sticky. Your skin is just silky smooth. I would have never gone to the store and bought this. I was complaining to my about my skin being so dry and my Mother-in-law gave me this to try. I have since purchased two bottles. If you see it at the store buy it. You will thank me later.

I don't mind using lotion when I am going to bed. So I usually take a bath and then slather this Smooth-Star Body Butter from Soap and Glory. If you can't tell I am a huge Soap and Glory fan. I love all the products that I have tried from their line. I like to do this a few nights a week. This is a very thick and rich body butter. I love the fresh scent.

These are working really well for me. Now my dry skin on my face is another story. I am hoping to find things to work for that real soon. I am going crazy.
